Terms of Use

Introduction
Thank you for using the Natali pharmacy+care mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the Application).
The Application provides comprehensive information about the products and services supplied by Natali Pharm LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).
The use of the Application must comply with these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms).

Access to and Use of Information
You may use the Application on your mobile device (hereinafter referred to as the Device) to view and search for information about the services provided by the pharmacy network of Natali Pharm LLC, as well as to place online orders.
Natali Pharm LLC is not responsible for any information regarding its pharmacy network that is made available through any source other than this official Application.

Updates
The structure of the Application and the information contained therein may require regular updates, such as error corrections, feature enhancements, the addition of plugins, or new versions (hereinafter referred to as Updates).
Updates may be necessary to ensure that you can use the Application with the most accurate and up-to-date information. By accepting these Terms and using the Application, you agree to automatically receive such Updates.

Purchases and Payments: Buying Products (Medicines, Healthcare, Beauty and Care Items, Baby Food, etc.)
When you purchase a product through the Application, you enter into a transaction with the Seller in accordance with these Terms.
The minimum total purchase amount through the Application is 2,000 AMD. The purchase transaction is considered an integral part of these Terms.
The purchase contract is deemed concluded at the moment you receive a notification confirming your order.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order for a product, the purchase transaction is concluded once you receive confirmation from the Seller that your order has been accepted.

Payment Methods
When purchasing through the Application, you may choose one of the following payment methods:
- Cash upon delivery,
- Bank terminal upon delivery,
- Online payment via the Application,
- Bonus points,
- Telcell or Idram payment systems.
When paying by bank card, you are subject to the legal agreement concluded with the third party providing that payment service. You are solely responsible for all payments made through the Application and for all payable amounts related to your transactions.

Prices
Product prices and availability displayed in the Application may change at any time before purchase.
Due to technical reasons, minor discrepancies in product prices or images may occur. In the event of such discrepancies, you may contact us at +374 55 333223 or by email at [email protected]. Your issue will be resolved promptly after your inquiry.

Product Returns and Exchanges
All confirmed purchases are considered final, meaning returns or exchanges are not accepted except in cases where inaccurate product information was displayed due to technical errors, or in other cases defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
If a return or replacement is applicable for the transaction, the order may be canceled accordingly.

Rights and Obligations
User Rights
The user of the Application has the right to:
- Use the Application free of charge;
- Access and search for information within the Application;
- Receive information about the loyalty card;
- Use the loyalty card data to accumulate points within the pharmacy network of Natali Pharm LLC;
- Redeem the accumulated loyalty points when making purchases at Natali Pharm LLC pharmacies (when applicable).

User Obligations
The user of the Application is obliged to:
- Provide accurate and complete information (such as a valid phone number and delivery address) when registering or placing an order;
- Cancel the order before receiving an order confirmation notification.

Seller’s Rights
The Seller (Natali Pharm LLC) has the right to:
- Collect information about the user (such as name, email, delivery address);
- Provide collected information to relevant internal departments for the purpose of fulfilling delivery services.

Seller’s Obligations
The Seller is obliged to:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available in the Application;
- Deliver products of appropriate quality;
- Accept order cancellations if they are made before the delivery process begins;
- Not share user information with third parties.

Order Acceptance and Delivery Terms
Orders are accepted and delivered every day of the week. A delivery fee is charged for delivery services, and the fee amount is displayed at the time of placing the order.

Return Conditions
You may refuse the delivered order and request a refund in the following cases:
- The delivered product differs from the one ordered;
- The product’s packaging is damaged.
Product returns are accepted only at the time of delivery, after recording the issue in the presence of the delivery personnel.

Changes to the Terms
If these Terms are modified, you will receive a notification. The new Terms will come into effect after the period specified in the notification. The updated Terms will apply to all your subsequent use of the Application and future orders. If you do not agree with such changes, you will have the right to discontinue using the Application.

Final Provisions
Miscellaneous
If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or part of these Terms to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Any waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Natali Pharm LLC.
The Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief (without the obligation to post a bond) in the event of any breach or anticipated breach by you of these Terms.
Natali Pharm LLC operates and controls the Application and the related services from its offices in Yerevan, Armenia. The Application is not intended for distribution or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Natali Pharm LLC regarding the use of the Application. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written, concerning the subject matter herein.

Disclaimer
Natali Pharm LLC is not responsible for any inaccuracies, typographical errors, or technical issues within the Application. The Company provides no warranties or guarantees of any kind regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the information presented.
In no event shall Natali Pharm LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application or its contents. The Company reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the content at any time without prior notice.
The Application and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied.
